The Juried Art Show will feature a presentation of the creative works of Sunshine Coast visual artists.
Local artists’ work will be chosen by juror Greg Bellerby, Director of the Scott Gallery at Emily Carr University, to be showcased at the Sechelt Festival Art Show and a piece will be purchased by the District of Sechelt. (Price ceiling is $5,000 and works over $5,000 can be entered for the show but not the purchase award.)
Artists are invited to submit works in a diversity of mediums including painting, works on paper, printmaking, mixed media, drawing, ceramics, glass, stone, metal and sculpture.
The show coincides with the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl October 21-23, so make it a stop on your tour. A Short-list of Artists has now been selected for the show.
